  Qiet time from 9pm to 9am. Please put trash outside, trash bin is located in the front of the unit. Temperature in the unit set 71-75F Maximun accupancy 8 persons, included adults and children. Start kit of supplies is for the first day. No cleaning service under the stay. No meals provided. Please bring pets bed with you if you have pets under the stay. Please don`t let pets sleeping on the beds or couch. We are caring people with pets allergy.

  Huge condo in a gated community. Quiet and safe. The property is 2087 sqf. It has 3 bedrooms with 2 kingsized beds in master bedroom and in 2nd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 full beds. 2 huge full baths. Living room with dining area and balcony. Perfect to chill in the evening.

  No line for check in. Our guests go directly to their condo with doorcode.

  Walk distance to Convention Center, to Publix supermarket and much more. 10 minutes to most of places like Icon Park, Universal, SeaWorls, Disney and shopping mall and outlets. A lot of restaurants nearby at I-Drive.
