A fee of $450 MXN applies, subject to availability. Building Access & Common Areas Guests may access the Main Lobby, 7th Floor Roof Garden, and Gym only. Please do not enter restricted areas of the building. The Roof Garden (8th Floor) is a shared space open from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. It’s a place to relax, but events or gatherings are not permitted. House Rules Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. Please be mindful of the TV volume and noise levels, as most guests come to rest or work. Smoking and the consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the suite and throughout the building. Visitors and unregistered guests are not allowed under any circumstances. Parties or social gatherings inside the accommodation are not permitted. Cleaning Service For long stays (two weeks or more), one weekly cleaning is included. Please let us know which day works best for you. If you’d like daily cleaning, we offer it at a special rate for long stays. Local Recommendations If you’d like recommendations for restaurants, shopping centers, or nearby attractions, we’ll be happy to guide you — just let us know.
